So everyone wants to know where my Friday Five is this week. Hasn’t anyone noticed that I rarely actually do this on Fridays?

1. What’s the most daring thing you’ve ever done?
Got a tattoo. =)
2. What one thing would you like to try that your mother/friend/significant other would never approve of?
I’m not sure if I have an answer for this. Prior to getting my tattoo, that would have been the perfect answer for this question. I’ll have to think of something new to do before I can answer this one.
3. On a scale of 1-10, what’s your risk factor? (1=never take risks, 10=it’s a lifestyle)
Give me a 5 please. Daring, but not THAT daring.
4. What’s the best thing that’s ever happened to you as a result of being bold/risky?
I’m still waiting to see. The outcome has yet to be determined, but hopefully it will pay off soon. Otherwise, it will be filed under “worst outcome” in the following question.
5. … and what’s the worst?
Blonde hair just didn’t work for me. Now, if I went had a professional color it, I think it might actually look decent. My naturally brown hair just wasn’t meant for that blonde in a box stuff they sell at Target. Nothing horrible happened, I just had weird hair for a while. And almost a year later (and several colorings later) my hair looks just fine. For the first time in a long, long time, I think it might actually go back to being it’s natural color.

1. Who do you call first?
Call? I’m already out shopping. I’ll call everyone later.
2. What is the first thing you buy for yourself?
I wouldn’t buy anything, I’d pay off my credit cards, my car loan, and my student loans. Then I’d buy a house or maybe I’d start my own company finally.
3. What is the first thing you buy for someone else?
I would buy my dogs a trip to the vet. I know they’d rather have toys and such, but they really need to get their shots for the year.
4. Do you give any away? If yes, to whom?
I would give some to my family, to my parents.
5. Do you invest any? If so, how?
I don’t think there will be any left over, everything left is going into my business.

I know I already posted about the new look of the site, but I just wanted mention, for anyone who somehow doesn’t know, the background picture is of my dog Comet…. isn’t he cute?
Comet is my best friend in the whole world, and he is the one person (wait, he’s not a person), ahem, the one friend, that I can trust with anything. Of course, he can’t drive me anywhere and refuses to wash dishes or help cook dinner. Oh and he snores and hogs the bed and the covers… but I love him anyway.

1. …song?
I’m in a jazzy mood tonight, so I’ll go with the following 2. (sorry I can’t pick just one!)
“Deep Blue” by Keiko Matsui and “I Get So Lonely” by Boney James.
2. …food?
Pizza. Screw all those low carb diets, I love my pizza, my breadsticks, my potatoes, cereal, rice, etc. Sometimes I think I would die without carbs, but I suppose I could live without them, I just don’t plan on that ever happening.
3. …tv show?
This is a tough one. There’s so many shows I like to watch. However, since it says “at this moment” I’ll go with Sex and the City, since I plan on watching this week’s new episode in a few minutes.
4. …scent?

5. …quote?
Right at this very moment, my favorite quote is “you’re hired!” … because that’s what I’m waiting to hear. Of course, if that was followed by “and we’re going to pay you $100K with 5 weeks paid vacation” well that would be great too.
